Refund eligibility
If you apply for a refund due to product quality issues, you must meet the following conditions:
1. Purchase channel: You must buy the corresponding product through the Thordata official channel.
2. Payment Method: The currency you use to pay for the product is non-cryptocurrency.
3. Application deadline: You must submit a refund application within 7 days after your first purchase of a specific product. You will not be able to request a refund unilaterally after the deadline.
4. Restrictions on Use:
a. The data traffic you use does not exceed 30% of the package data traffic and does not exceed 2GB.
b. If the Service is unusable within 7 days after your purchase due to reasons not attributable to you (e.g., product system technical failures), and Thordata fails to resolve the issue within 15 days, you may apply for a full refund of the remaining amount. Please contact Thordata in a timely manner after discovering a service failure.
